Simply visit cupidcouture.com to schedule your appointment online. Prom and special event appointments are 30 minutes, while wedding dress appointments are 1 hour. We operate by appointment only to ensure you receive our full attention.

Yes, there is an appointment fee that will be subtracted from any dress purchase of $100 or more. This ensures we can dedicate quality time to each client during their private session.

Absolutely! We welcome you to bring a parent, friend, or family member for support. Please note that students 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Email us the style number before your appointment and we'll have the dress set aside for you to try on. This ensures your favorites are ready when you arrive.

All sales are final at Cupid Couture. We encourage you to ask questions and try on dresses thoroughly during your appointment to ensure you're completely happy with your selection.

Merchandise is shipped Monday through Saturday via First Class mail with tracking information provided. You'll receive updates on your order every step of the way.
